Paula Holt

Paula Ann Forehand Holt, 64, of Trent passed away very peacefully Friday, February 7, 2020 Paula was born December 20, 1955 to Billy and Evelyn Forehand in Ft. Seal, Oklahoma. She married the love of her life, James Wayne Holt, on July 26, 1976. Paula was a caregiver. Throughout her life she was always the aunt, sister, daughter-in-law, and friends that never minded going the extra mile in helping in any way possible. Paula was truly an amazing woman. Paula is survived by her husband James Wayne Holt; brothers Williams Forehand, Ricky Castleberry, and Kerry Crane; sister Sammie Schneider; special niece and nephew Samantha and William Cunningham; several other nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews whom she loved dearly. Paula was the mother hen of our family and always tried to make sure that everyone felt loved. She tried tirelessly to make sure that everyone’s needs were met. Paula has suffered from many health issues over the past several years, but she still managed to love everyone unconditionally and without hesitation. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00PM Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Starbuck Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Trent United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Trent Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Starbuck Funeral Home in Merkel.
