Nancy Campbell

Nancy Ray “Memaw” Campbell, 70, passed on December 24, 2024 after a yearlong battle with cancer. She was born to Alfred and Opal Honeycutt West on December 17, 1954 in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Nancy was a dedicated wife, a loving mother, and spectacular grandmother of Four. She was a fun person who liked music, games of all sorts, and traveling. Always quick to laugh, she kept her sense of humor up to the very end. Most of all, Nancy was dedicated to her family and always willing to help. She was kind, considerate, nurturing, accepting and gentle. She will be forever missed, but she will live on in the hearts of her family and all of those who knew her.

Nancy is survived by her husband Lynn Campbell, daughter Martha, son Bryan, and grandchildren Jennifer, McKayla and Josh Minter, Lola, and Coen, her brother Frank Scholz and his wife Beverly, her sister June Glenn, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. We would like to extend a special thank you to Nancy’s nephew Tim Westover for all of his help and assistance and for being present when Nancy passed.

There will be a memorial service for Nancy on January 25th from 1-3pm at Old School Ministries 1027 N 2nd St. Merkel TX, 79536.
