Mary Ann (Cochran) Myers passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at the age of 64.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00PM Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Starbuck Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00AM Friday, December 18, 2020 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Merkel.
Mary was born on May 3, 1956 in Merkel, Texas to Emma Cochran and the late Gene Cochran.
She is survived by her husband Royce Myers of Merkel; stepson Jason Myers and his wife Ashley of Merkel; stepdaughter Amanda Garlinghouse and her husband of Odessa; sisters Martha McLeod and partner Wayne Chinoche of Bakersfield, California, Faye Walker and husband Britt Tidmore of Merkel, and Clesta Boone and husband Galen Boone of Merkel; brothers Steve Cochran and Jeanina of Merkel and Brad Cochran and wife Bridget of Merkel. She is also survived by five step grandchildren; sisters-in-law Sharon Hopper and husband Dan, and Kathy King all of Abilene and several nieces and nephews.
Mary retired from MHMR and at the time of her death she was managing Family Dollar in Merkel, Texas where she was deeply loved by her employees and customers. Her sweet smile and big kind heart will be truly missed by all.
