It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Ann Cronan, beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and cherished friend. Carol Ann passed away peacefully in her home May 15, 2025 at the age of 75.
Carol Ann was born November 10, 1949 to Earl and Viola Bransford. She grew up in Merkel Texas on her grandparents farm playing with cousins and watching after her little brother Wayne.
Three days after her 18th birthday, she welcomed her first baby, Sheila Ann. Nine months later, her baby brother Randy (Danny)was born.
Carol married Lealon Lane in 1969 and together they had three children, Melinda Gayle, Michael Lee, and Miranda Viola.

In 1993 Carol met the love of her life, James L Cronan. In 1996 they married and spent the next 29 years creating a beautiful life together.

Carol had several hobbies. She loved to crochet, shop, decorate, and she was always dressed the best. She loved her schnauzer pups to no end.
