Leroy Self Obituary

Leroy Self, 86, passed away peacefully at a local nursing home with his family by his side on October, 23, 2019. He was born to Aubrey Jackson (AJ) Self and Opal Mae Anderton August 9, 1933. He is survived by his children Debra Xifarias, Barbara(Tim) Gouge, Cindy Terry and John(Joey) Self; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and his siblings David, Audrie, Joe(Suzanna) and sister-in-law Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Leon, Charles, AW, Opal, and Lucile. Throughout his life he was a cotton gin manager, real estate agent, church bookkeeper for Estrella Community Church in Eloy, AZ and did taxes. There are no funeral services planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Starbuck Funeral Home in Merkel, Texas.
